Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, but if something’s not quite right, we’ve made the returns process straightforward.

Returns
We accept returns on all standard, unbranded items within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in resalable condition
• Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee to cover repackaging, inspection, and admin costs
• Customers are responsible for return shipping
Branded workwear is non-refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Exchanges
Need to swap a size? No problem.
• Exchanges must be requested within 30 days
• A 10% exchange fee applies
• Customers must return the original item at their own cost
• The replacement will be sent out once the return is received and inspected

Refunds
All eligible refunds will be processed on the same day the return is inspected. Funds will appear in your account based on your payment provider’s standard processing times.
